SHIPPING

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

US shipping may take up to 3-5 business days on all orders.

International orders may take up to 7-21 days depending on the location. 

For all international shipments, AdaneLegacy is not responsible for VAT taxes. 

RETURNS

Please do not send your purchase back without completing a submission through our Returns Center. Our returns center will allow you to set up your return within minutes. You will need your order number beginning with AD and email address for submission.

Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Our 14 day policy starts on the date of receipt and we do our best to make exceptions on a case by case basis for orders that may fall outside of this timeframe.)

AdaneLegacy does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

International orders are NOT eligible for return. Ensure the correct model, size or color is selected during checkout before placing your order. We are unable to provide a prepaid mailing label to return packages that are shipped internationally (outside the US).

Additional Non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Engraved timepieces

* Products that have been physically damaged, water damaged, or altered

* Watches and products that are not from Adanelegacy

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Warranty Term 2 Years from the date of purchase. 

This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, strap, crystal). Other defects not listed above are not covered by this warranty. 

Note: AdaneLegacy releases limited amount of watches per each line. Due to this, the watch you bought may no longer be in stock. In situations such as this, we will gladly give you store credit for the amount of your original purchase if your return meets the written term. 

Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

• Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
• Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
• Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster i.e an earthquake
• Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the color on the wristband and the peeling of the plating)
• In case the online store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
• If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch
• Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term
• The watch may be replaced with a substitute if the original is not available

This warranty warrants that you are eligible to receive up to 2 free replacement during the time of the warranty in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
