RETURNS
Please do not send your purchase back without completing a submission through our Returns Center. Our returns center will allow you to set up your return within minutes. You will need your order number beginning with AD and email address for submission.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Our 14 day policy starts on the date of receipt and we do our best to make exceptions on a case by case basis for orders that may fall outside of this timeframe.)
AdaneLegacy does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
International orders are NOT eligible for return. Ensure the correct model, size or color is selected during checkout before placing your order. We are unable to provide a prepaid mailing label to return packages that are shipped internationally (outside the US).
Additional Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Engraved timepieces
* Products that have been physically damaged, water damaged, or altered
* Watches and products that are not from Adanelegacy
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
EXCHANGES
All products purchased through Adanelegacy are eligible for an exchange. Items eligible for exchange usually fall within the categories of being too large/too small, item too light/too heavy, and or item not available at the time of purchase. Items must fall within the same price range and be of the same likeness of the original item purchased.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The usual process for return approval and processing is 1-2 weeks. If in need of a return prior to this timeframe please feel free to contact support@adanelegacy.com .
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the time frame provided, first check your bank account followed by your credit card company.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Items that are purchased as a gift have 14 days to request a refund.
VAT TAX (if applicable)
Adanelegacy will not be held responsible for VAT Taxes for international shipments. International shipments usually ship within 14-24 days with a customs entry form completed by an Adanelegacy representative. Adanelegacy will not be held liable for VAT Taxes and other applicable outside charges.
Items Not Received
Adanelegacy will provide a tracking number from one of our supported carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We are not to be held liable for shipments that show delivered and not received, shipments that display late, or shipments that show undeliverable. In the event that this takes place with your order, contact the supported carrier provided with your tracking number for assistance. In the event that the order is missing an apartment number or the incorrect address has been provided, Adanelegacy will assist with processing another request. Adanelegacy holds the right to charge a reshipment fee for applicable orders.
